Filling Out Your Business Information

After signing up and creating your first AI agent, the next step is to fill in your business details to ensure the AI has the correct information to use.


1. Entering Your Business Details

  • Fill in the name of your business or AI agent.
  • Enter your website URL that the AI will scrape to learn from.
  • Paste your calendar link (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar) so the AI can share it with visitors.
  • In the Email field, make sure to add the email where you'll want the leads and conversation summaries sent to.
  • The remaining fields (account information) are for internal use and will not be used by the AI.

2. Selecting the Type of AI Agent

You will need to choose one of the two agent types, each with a pre-built prompt that defines how the AI will behave. These prompts cannot be customized, so it's important to select the right one based on your goals.

  • Sales & Lead Generation – Focuses on capturing leads by collecting names, emails, and phone numbers from website visitors. Ideal for businesses that want to generate new customers.
  • Information & Education – Designed for informing and directing users rather than capturing leads. Best for nonprofits, museums, universities, internal company portals, or knowledge-sharing websites.

3. Understanding the Calendar Link Feature
  • When a calendar link is provided, the AI will use it whenever a visitor requests to book a meeting.
  • The AI does not schedule meetings directly but will share the provided link with visitors who ask to book an appointment.

4. Saving Your Changes

Once you've entered the information, click Save to apply your settings. Your AI agent is now set up with the essential business information and is ready to move to the next step.
