Adding Resource Links
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
Understanding Resource Links
Resource links allow your AI agent to reference external links, such as books, articles, websites, or videos, when responding to user inquiries. This is different from uploaded files, which train the AI on specific content.Choosing a Method to Add Links
You can add resource links in one of two ways:- Manually by clicking the "Add Link" button.
- Uploading a CSV file with multiple links at once. You must choose one method per upload—both cannot be used simultaneously.
Downloading & Editing the CSV Template
If using the CSV method, first download the template and open it in Google Sheets or Excel. The template consists of three columns:- Title – The name of the resource (e.g., "Startup Guide").
- URL – The web link to the resource.
- Category – The relevant category (e.g., "Entrepreneurship").
Adding Custom Resource Links
Fill in the template with up to 10 resource links (our maximum), ensuring each entry is correctly categorized. The AI will use these categories to match relevant resources to user questions.Uploading the CSV File
After finalizing the file:- Download it as a CSV file (ensure it’s in the correct format).
- Drag and drop the file into the upload section.
- Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
Testing Resource Links
Once uploaded, the AI will process the links and use them in responses when users ask about related topics. The AI will reference the title and provide the URL to direct users to the resource.
Your resource links are now active, helping your AI provide relevant external references to users in real-time.
