Your AI agent’s lead capture settings determine what contact information is collected from website visitors. Adjusting these settings will directly impact your lead generation strategy.


  • Choosing What Information to Collect
    Decide whether your AI agent will ask for name, email, and phone number, just name and email, or none of the above.

  • Impact on Lead Generation
    If you disable lead capture, visitors will still engage with the AI and use your chat minutes, but no contact details will be collected, potentially reducing your ability to follow up on leads.

  • Best Practice Recommendation
    For maximum lead generation, it’s recommended to leave all fields enabled by default. However, you have full control over what information the AI requests.

  • Important Warning
    Modifying these settings may result in fewer captured sales leads. Visitors will still use your chat and voice minutes, but without collecting contact details, you may miss opportunities to follow up and convert them into customers.
