Adding Your Business Files

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

• Importance of File Uploads
  Uploading text-based documents is the most crucial step in training your AI. The more files you provide, the smarter and more knowledgeable your AI will be about your business. You can always add more files later, so it’s best to prepare your documents in advance.

• Accepted File Types
  The AI can process the following file formats:

  • PDFs
  • Text files (TXT, DOC)
  • Spreadsheets (XLS, CSV)

• Uploading Files

  • Upload up to five files at a time.
  • Click Save Changes after each upload.
  • If you have more than five files, repeat the process until all files are added.

• Alternative: Merging PDFs

  • You can combine multiple documents into one PDF, DOC, or TXT file using free online tools.
  • This makes uploading faster, but uploading files individually allows you to track which files were successfully processed.

• Tracking Upload Progress

  • The system will indicate if files are in progress or successful.
  • If a file fails, it may be incompatible. Reach out to customer support for troubleshooting and send the file for review.

• Understanding Processing Time

  • First-time training takes longer since the AI processes all new files.
  • Once uploaded, files are stored on secure servers and become part of the AI’s knowledge base.

• Retraining & Updating AI Knowledge

  • If your business adds new products, services, or updates, return to this section to upload additional documents.
  • Keeping your AI updated ensures it always provides the most accurate and relevant responses.

Your AI is now learning from the uploaded files, building a strong foundation of knowledge based on your business data.
