Viewing Captured Sales Leads
Once visitors interact with your AI agent, their contact information and conversation details are recorded in the Sales Leads section. Here, you’ll find:- The AI agent name associated with the lead.
- The client’s name, email, and phone number.
- A conversation summary, highlighting key details about the customer’s request.
Reviewing Chat Summaries
- Click the eyeball icon next to a lead to view a detailed chat summary.
- This summary provides insights into the customer’s requirements and what they are looking for.
- Example: If a customer requests a brochure or a specific service, it will be noted here for follow-up.
Downloading Full Chat Transcripts
- Click the download button to save the full chat transcript as a text file.
- Open the file to review the entire conversation, ensuring no details are missed.
Updating Lead Status for Team Collaboration
- If multiple team members are managing leads, you can update the status of each lead.
- Example statuses include:
- Emailed – Follow-up email sent.
- Called – Contacted by phone.
- Connected – Initial engagement completed.
- Contract Sent – Proposal or contract shared with the client.
- Deal Closed – Successful conversion into a paying customer.
Receiving Sales Lead Notifications via Email
- The system automatically emails chat summaries to the business email provided in the Business Info section.
- This means you don’t have to log in to the dashboard each time—you’ll receive instant updates on new leads.
- Emails include both the conversation summary and full chat transcript for quick access.
Exporting Leads to a CRM or Google Sheets
- Download leads as a CSV file for easy integration into your CRM.
- Open the file in Google Sheets or Excel to manage contacts, track follow-ups, and run marketing campaigns.
With the Sales Leads Dashboard, you can efficiently track, manage, and follow up with potential customers, ensuring your AI-driven sales process converts leads into real revenue.
