Reading Your Chat History and Submitting Feedback to your AI

The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.

How to Use the Chat History Page

1. Getting Started
- The Chat History page is initially empty and provides instructions on how to proceed.
- To view chat history, select an AI (e.g., Eliza Martin) and specify a date range (e.g., from October 1 to today).

2. Viewing Chat History

- Be patient while the chat history loads, especially for longer date ranges.
- Once loaded, you can see all interactions, including leads captured and short message exchanges.
- For detailed conversations, you can view transcripts that show both the AI's responses and the client’s queries.

3. Identifying Quality Leads

- The chat history highlights leads with the most messages, making it easier to identify potential high-value customers.
- Use the "View Transcript" option to dive deeper into specific interactions.

4. Giving Feedback to Improve AI Responses

- If an AI's response isn’t ideal, click "Suggest Changes" to provide feedback.
- You can either type your suggestion or speak it for automatic transcription.
- For example, if the AI suggests terracotta tiles and you prefer it to mention marble tiles, provide your feedback using this feature.

5. Impact of Feedback

- Submitting feedback retrains the AI, ensuring future responses align with your expectations.
- Be cautious and precise when providing feedback, as it directly affects the AI's behavior and responses going forward.

This process helps you monitor customer interactions and continuously refine your AI’s performance.
