How to test your AI agent before adding it to your website
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
Access Your AI Code
- Click on "Get AI Code & Test AI" in your dashboard.
- Select the AI you want to embed on your website.
Test Your AI
- Once the AI loads, interact with it to ensure it responds correctly based on your knowledge base.
- Example: "Hi there, I'm looking for a loan for my brick-and-mortar business."
Copy and Embed the Code
- Click the copy button to copy the AI code to your clipboard.
- Paste it into your website’s HTML where you want the chat widget to appear.
Retrain and Retest as Needed
- If you make updates to your AI, go to "Manage AI" and retrain it.
- Return to the "Get AI Code & Test AI" section to test it again before deploying it live.
That’s it! Your AI chat widget is now ready to engage customers. If you need further adjustments, you can always retrain and test as many times as needed.
