Checking Analytics & Data Overview
The instructions below are for desktops and laptops only.
1. Overview of Analytics
- The Analytics tab provides a summary of your total clients and sales leads.
- Sales leads represent individuals who have interacted with your AI and provided their information, such as name, email, and phone number.
2. Key Metrics
- Average Chat Time: Displays the average duration of conversations with your AI.
- Total Chat Messages: Shows the total number of messages received or sent across all your AI, especially helpful if you manage multiple AI.
3. Charts
- Client Growth Chart: Tracks how your client base is increasing over time, with an ideal trend moving upward and to the right.
- Sales Lead Growth Chart: Monitors the number of sales leads generated, updated frequently to provide real-time insights.
4. Real-Time Updates
- The data on the Analytics tab refreshes every few seconds, giving you the most up-to-date information on your AI's performance.
